We are excited to offer long term RV Sites and furnished Cabin, and Tiny Home stays to those looking to stay in Montrose for an extended period of time. Monthly RV Stays
October 1st - April 30th

Monthly Tiny Home and Cabin Stays
October 1st - April 30th
Pricing:
Wheelhaus: $1,350/month, sleeps 4
Tiny Home #2: $1,150/month, sleeps 2
Tiny Homes #6: $1,100/month, sleeps 2
Tiny Home #7: $1,050/month, sleeps 2
Creekside Cabin (dry unit): $550/month, sleeps 2
Yurt (dry unit): $550/month, sleeps 2
Details: These units (except for Creekside Cabin and Yurt) include a private bathroom and kitchen. Each unit has an assigned parking space. These units do not include linens, towels, rugs, or artwork.
Free Wi-Fi, access to onsite coin operated laundry.
Guests must sign a monthly agreement
No monthly rates are offered in the summer, although guests can book at the weekly rate of 10% off 7 nights or more.
We do not offer monthly stays in our vintage trailers.
Utilities are included for Tiny Homes, RV Sites will be billed back electric.
Tiny Homes are welcome! You may bring your own Tiny Home to stay in an RV Site.
$500 refundable deposit is required for accommodation stays.
Pets: Dogs are allowed with a monthly agreement, and $50 non-refundable fee, 2 dog maximum, there is no pet fee for RV Stays. No other pets are allowed in rented accommodations.
Tax exempt for stays of 30 days.
Guests will not receive any tiny home/cabin housekeeping services. (Housekeeping can be offered for an additional fee).
We cannot accommodate more than the max occupancy that is listed for each unit.
Guests must supply their own linens and towels. Rugs and artwork is not included in the accommodations.
Flatware, dishes and cooking utensils are included in the rentals under the agreement terms
