Our Tiny Homes are the perfect place to stay for your next visit to Montrose! We have seven unique Tiny Homes for you to choose from. Two of the Tiny Homes are overlooking the beautiful creek that runs through our property, while the over five are a few steps away from the creek.

All Tiny Homes have a kitchenette, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, linens, and outdoor BBQ. Pet friendly options available.

Vintage on the outside, clean and contemporary on the inside We have two unique retro trailers for glamping.

These lodging units have no plumbing, but guests have access to the newly renovated bathhouse with private showers.

Glamp in style in one of our 16' yurts, situated on Cedar Creek. Each yurt has a queen sized bed and a full size futon, and can accommodate 4 people and 2 pets. The yurt is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

This accommodation does not have a kitchen or bathroom. Guests have access to private porch, newly renovated bathhouse, community pavilion and laundry facilities.

Pets allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two pets in rented accommodations.

MONTROSE RV PARK

SHADED, PET-FRIENDLY RV PARK

Enjoy our beautiful shaded pet-friendly RV Park. We offer full-hookup sites, 50/30 AMP with water and septic. All of guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, access to the newly renovated bathhouse with private showers, and laundry room. We have an on-site store equipped with snacks, supplies and clothes.

Please note that our property is in an urban setting, requiring our sites to be more narrow that what you experience at a traditional park. We have multiple community spaces for you to enjoy in addition to your RV Site.

We have two cabins for our guests to enjoy. Black Canyon Cabin is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Creekside Rustic Cabin is located on the creek, and is a dry cabin without a kitchen or bathroom.

Guests have access to private porch, newly renovated bathhouse, community pavilion and laundry facilities. Pets are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two pets in rented accommodations.
