Tucked away in a serene, cottonwood tree-shaded development at the back of the property, The Grove offers sites designed for a peaceful, secluded feel. Choose from our various sites, all featuring full hookups (water, sewer, and electricity), and a separate laundry facility. Please note electricity and propane are billed back to our residents. We offer tiered pricing based on lot size and a few sites include the option for inclusion of a rented shed.
Perfect for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone seeking a relaxed "home base" in the scenic Western Slope area- close to downtown Montrose, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, hiking, biking, and more. Enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere!

How it works: When a current resident refer a new resident to The Grove, they’ll receive $250 off their next month’s rent, and the new resident will receive $200 off their first month’s rent. It’s a win-win!
To participate: Simply have the prospective resident enter the current resident’s name in the “Referral” section of our inquiry form at the time of inquiry. We’ll handle the rest!
